Hi everyone. My website is about me and my journey and to help you on your journey to healthier you.

I have been helping people since I was 13 years old [fitness classes and personal training] and I have never stopped caring or helping people to achieve their goals . I also help with rehabilitation on all levels and if I need guidance, I will always check with the professional people I work with, to help you .  I am here for you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.  On offer, are also healing massage appointments which help clear and remove emotional blockages, that can most of the time, stop our growth and healing aspects of our lives.  You can  also choose from, group or personal pt sessions or on line help.

 

My career has entailed teaching ALL STYLES OF FITNESS CLASSES including Les Mills and my own PILATES and YOGALATES classes.  The TRX and KETTLEBELL classes are my own style of fitness and strength with stretching.  I have always participated in courses to have the accrediatation to be able to teach all the different avenues of classes and PERSONAL TRAINING.  Including : boxing, defencersize, step, high and low impact, Rpm, Chi ball, stretching,  Pilates and Yogalates, trx, kettlebells, boot camp outdoors.  

ACUPRESSURE point courses to help clients heal themselves. Including KINESEOLOGY and ESOTERIC healing and massage and I am  a REIKI MASTER plus many more  specialised courses for healing the body inside to outside.  I have also studied many REHABILITATION courses to help heal my clients in the classes and with the personal training. 

NUTRITION  courses to help guide people to eat healthier.   I am still studying daily, with different nutrition projects coming through in diferent studies by different qualified doctors etc in this field.  I am always learning more, on how to prevent diseases with the right eating plan. 

I have competed in ANBF bodybuilding, succeeding in winning certain competitions.  I have also competed in Aerobic competions, winning my semi final and just narrowly, missing out on first place, to represent Qld in the Nationals.   A big learning curve with Politics in sport.

The most enjoyable sport I have competed in was TRIATHLONS... I loved training in all 3 disciplines and it kept me very fit and healthy. The IRONMAN distance was the most rewarding of all.  Finishing the gruelling race and wanting to go back out there and do it all again.. Knowing you can succeed at anything, when you put your mind to it.  Along the way, I have been lucky enough to meet so many nice people and to be able to get them fit and healthy for a sport or a job or just to be healthy and no injuries.

 

TRANSFORMATIONS:

One lady I was lucky to meet, was Rebekkah Gilchrist from the Biggest Loser show 2012.  I was training her mother at the time, when Bek decided to go on the show to conquer her demons with her food addiction.  Bek wanted to lose the extra weight she had put on over the years, as she was finding it hard to lose it on her own.  Bek wanted to be a healthier version of herself. During the show, Bek was in and out of the house and when she did get to come home, Bek was training at my fitness center to keep on track with her journey and incase she actually got  to go back in the house, she was still training with myself and my Pt manager Luke.   We helped her to be, very fit and strong, for the challanges they have in the house.  We also kept her on  a nutrition plan, which still let her have the energy to train and to lose her excess body fat.  By doing this, it helped Bek, to keep her focused and ready,  incase they called her to come back on the show.  She still had a weight loss, to still be a contender.  Bek had lost approximately 50 kilos by the end of the show, and is still on her journey to reach her goal weight.

 

I have trained many people for weight loss and one lady was over 100kilos and when we had finished her journey, she got down to 65 kilos and looked fabulous and healthy.   With  training properly with her personalised resistance program and her daily cardio workout with an easy eating plan.  She felt like a new person and wore that sexy little black dress, we always seem to here about, to go out  and dance the night away.

I have also helped people, to be successful in entering the defence forces and the police force, with the strength and cardio sessions and with fat loss, to be able to pass the required tests.

 

REHABILITATION:

Many clients through the years, have been cured from the major areas that seem to cause pain and discomfort in the back,shoulder, neck, hands, feet, ankles, knees.  I have had success, in helping so many clients find, their trueself again, without the injuries, which have been debilitating them over the years.  It is very rewarding, knowing all the work I do with my clients, has a positive outcome, for their health and well-being.

There are many stories to tell, as 33 years is a very long time, to be in this field for work and many a time, I get a big thank you, along the way, which is very rewarding at the end of the day.

 

Life coaching and counselling go hand in hand.  I am continuously studying different courses, to keep up to date with the current studies in the two fields.  To help guide the clients, to become a more confident, independent responsible person. Learning how to take control back of their lives and to be able, to put themselves first and foremost.  To stop pleasing everyone.  This is a big mistake, we all tend to make, if we are a pleaser.  When you do finally stop and rethink your actions, you are suddenly looking after number one, first.  This is just the icing on the cake so to speak.

MY CLIENTS

If you have a goal to lose body fat or to change your eating plan or to start an exercise program. You can share your experience in  this section to help other's along the way. 

Reading about other people's experiences will be more beneficial then reading about professional sports people. They have lots of help and guidance and it is not normal to have their exercise programs or eating plans.  They are  specifically planned for that person at that time in their life for that sport etc.

You need to be realistic with what your life entails at the moment  in time and what your schedule is like and how much time you can allow for training each day.  Also, how we can plan your day with eating for you.  What foods you like and or don't like?  What foods you should be trying to incorporate into your eating plan?  How often you should be eating?   What you can eat, at that time of the day for you.  Everyone is different.

I can also help you with, other avenues to look into, to improve your eating plan with allergy tests and alike for you.

Having a network of professional people in my life that are trustworthy and successful in healing my current clients with injuries, and allergies and other aspects of life. I only put my clients in contact with  the professional people I go to for my self and have had success with and my clients recommend them as well.

I will be putting up recipes that are delicious and cover different eating plans for different people's needs.  Sugar free, wheat and dairy free, gluten free.  I will also recommend reading material for you to borrow or buy.   For you to learn more or to have as in recipes for your family on hand, ready to use for your meal plans when cooking for the week.
